It has been widely reported in the media that all UK telecommunication providers will be increasing their prices as of 1st April 2023. These rises are based on a combination of increased operational costs, higher energy prices and increased network costs.

We appreciate that price increases are never welcome, especially in the challenging economic conditions we all face at present. Historically, where possible we have tried to absorb any annual network price increases ourselves and many of our products and services have not been adjusted for several years. But on this occasion, it has proved impossible for us not to pass these updates on.

Charges will be adjusted as follows :-

O2 (Mobile and IoT)

13.4% based on RPI published* in February 2023

Vodafone (Mobile and IoT)

Based on CPI published* in February 2023 plus 3.9% – which is a total increase of 14.4%

EE (Mobile and IoT)

Based on September CPI plus an additional 3.9% published* on 19th October 2022 – a total increase of 12.3%

All other M2M and IoT

Based on 13.4% RPI published* in February 2023

Fixed Line Rentals, Call Charges and Internet Connectivity Services

Based on RPI figure of 13.4%, as published* in January 2023

VOIP & Cloud Connectivity
