We understand that nobody wants to see prices go up, but, like many businesses, we are being forced to pass on increases that our suppliers are applying to us.

It has been documented in the media that telecommunication providers will be increasing their prices as of 1st April 2024 and this means the following charges will be adjusted as follows.

O2 (Mobile and IoT)

4.9% based on RPI published in February 2024

Vodafone (Mobile and IoT)

Based on CPI published in February 2024 plus 3.9% – a total increase of 7.9%

EE (Mobile and IoT)

Based on December 2023 CPI plus an additional 3.9% – a total increase of 7.9%

Three (Mobile and IoT)

4.9% based on January 2024 RPI rate

All other M2M and IoT

Based on 4.9% RPI published in February 2024

Fixed Line Rentals, Call Charges and Internet Connectivity Services

Based on CPI published in February 2024 plus 3.9% – a total increase of 7.9%

VOIP & Cloud Connectivity

4.9% RPI published in February 2024
